1. What we collect

• Account details — your name, email, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Host & listing information — your bio, experiences, photos, and availability.
• Bookings & messages — booking history and messages you exchange with hosts or guests.
• Payment references — details you submit to confirm a payment (e.g. a reference number or receipt). We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: create your account, show listings, process bookings, enable messaging, send booking-related notifications and emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve Minyadi. We do not sell your personal data.

3. What others can see

To make a booking work, hosts and guests see the information necessary to coordinate — a host's public profile and listing, and, once a booking is confirmed, the details each side needs to meet (for example a name or a meeting link). Reviews you post are public.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to host the app, store data, and send email. They process data only to provide those services to us. Your data may be processed in other countries with appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We don't use them to track you across other websites.

6. Retention & your choices

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational reasons. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where the law requires.
