1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of Minyadi(“the platform”), a marketplace that connects people offering local experiences (“hosts”) with people booking them (“guests”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Minyadi.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or harm other users.
3. Hosts
As a host you are solely responsible for your experiences: their accuracy, safety, legality, any required licenses or insurance, and delivering what you advertise. You set your price, availability, group size, and cancellation policy. Listings are reviewed before going live, but approval does not make Minyadi responsible for your experience.
4. Guests
As a guest you agree to book in good faith, show up for confirmed bookings, follow the host's reasonable instructions, and behave respectfully and lawfully during an experience. You are responsible for assessing whether an experience is suitable for you.
5. Bookings, payments & fees
Minyadi facilitates discovery and booking. Depending on the settlement method in effect, guests may pay the host directly or pay through the platform. Minyadi may charge hosts a commission on bookings; any current promotion (such as commission-free introductory bookings) is described at sign-up or in your host dashboard and may change with notice. Taxes are the responsibility of the party that owes them under local law.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Each experience carries a cancellation policy chosen by the host and shown before booking. Refunds follow that policy. Minyadi may intervene in disputes but is not obligated to issue refunds beyond the applicable policy.
7. Content
You keep ownership of content you submit (listings, photos, reviews, messages) and grant Minyadia license to display and distribute it to operate the platform. Don't post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or offensive. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
8. Prohibited use
Don't use Minyadi to break the law, harm or harass others, circumvent fees, scrape or abuse the service, or offer experiences that are unsafe, deceptive, or illegal.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Minyadiis a marketplace, not the provider of the experiences. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Minyadi is not liable for the conduct of hosts or guests or for what happens during an experience. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
